You need to install the Arduboy2 library for this game to work.

(Scott) #3

Install all the Arduboy related libraries, including Arduboy2 and ArduboyTones, by following Step 2 of the Quick Start Guide
.

(Mike McRoberts) #4

Also, you should not be choosing Arduino Leonardo as your board. You should be choosing Arduboy.

(Scott) #5

@TheArduinoGuy,
Using Arduino Leonardo as the board type is fine. It will do exactly the same thing as choosing Arduboy.

You can only select Arduboy if you’ve installed the Arduboy boards support, which though recommended, some people decide not to do.

(Ezra) #6

I installed but still not working??? Am I meant to do something with the file??? Still says same thing

(Ezra) #7

I downloaded the Arduboy boards but still says ‘error compiling boards’

(Mike McRoberts) #8

What exactly is the error you are getting?

(Ezra) #9

The Arduboy it’s self is set as Arduino Leonardo, it says in brackets on
the port.

(Scott) #11

Install the ArduboyTones library, the same way you installed the Arduboy2 library. Follow Step 2 in the Quick Start Guide and install all the libraries listed.

(Scott) #12

If you had read Step 3 of the Quick Start Guide under heading
Connect your Arduboy and Set the Board Type and Port
You would know that this is what’s supposed to happen.

“The correct port to choose will likely be identified as an Arduino Leonardo. This is fine. The Arduboy uses the Arduino Leonardo bootloader so is detected as such.”

Scott do you feel a bit like you’re repeating yourself a lot lately ?
