Embedding the video of a webm after it has been uploaded requires an extra step. Simply copy and paste the url from
href attribute of the added anchor (
<a>) element into your post.
Linking to a Webm File
After you upload a webm it embeds a link like this:

In your post will be the embedded video.
It would be nice if things auto embedded after an upload, but currently it is assumed it is just a file that needs a link made.
