Error compiling for arduino board Leonardo [SOLVED]

need help, just got arduboy yesterday
not able to find in board manager “ärduboy” i searched Arduboy and no result and only examples work and no downloadd games work, i extracted them properly and they show in sketch but wont verify :confused:

Follow step 2 of the Quick Start Guide and install all the Arduboy related libraries, including ArduboyTones.

So why are people having this problem? Is the Quick Start Guide not clear enough? Can it be improved?

What is it about these sentences in the Quick Start Guide that makes them so hard to understand?:
