Yes. It was a fork of the Team ARG editor. It likely won’t work because it’s dependencies are far out of date. 
No worries, I think the original ATMlib online tracker still works at least. I haven’t actually tested it yet but I did find the link to it yesterday: https://trackeditor.modus.app/
