One aspect of the education category is that it actually teaches a skill or lesson other than “get good at this game”. The thing that you learn should be outside of the game, and some theory, concept, or skill that can be used “in the real world”. Best case scenario if the game actually includes some kind of “test” or other verification that the player actually has retained the knowledge.
I guess something like flip cards might be a good example? It shows you where the cards are, and tests your skill of remembering by rewarding you with points for getting correct guesses. Although this example could actually be better… because a game that was executed just as well that teaches a skill more advanced than just “remembering” could potentially get more bonus points.
So, to explain this better… a game that teaches you how to play the space piano might get you more points than one that just teaches you simple math by adding solar systems together.
My examples are bad, and all of these rules are gray and flexible. But just want to put it out there to give people some better direction.

No at this point I’ve actually sold all these. I have my personal units but that’s it. And I don’t even have a full color set lol.
I really would love to give Arduventure Dolls (and probably will also) because I have too many of those… But Special Edition Arduboy is an option… however I don’t actually have any right now waiting on the last of the units that didn’t get shipped from China yet. (The extra we made just in case some get lost or broken) Gold buttons could also work, but I am STILL waiting on spare parts pricing. So I’ll see what we can do.
If you want the doll though, yeah you are in super good luck.
