Help! My computer doesn't show the port when i plug in my arduboy

I have my arduboy plugged in and turned on. I’m also using windows. Can anyone help?

Try turning on the arduboy, that’s was my problem

I tried it on and off. The red light comes on but thats it

Try a different USB cable, if you have one.
