Java Crash when uploading from Arduino Software to Arduboy

Has anyone else experienced this?
I’m trying to upload an example sketch, and Java crashes…

Which operating system are you using? Which version of Java are you using?

I’m running Windows 10 64 bit, using the latest version of Java. I believe both the 32 and 64 bit versions of Java are installed.

And today it seems to be working fine… May be silly WIndows 10 bugs…

@jlariviere, I’ve been setting up some standalone versions of the Arduino IDE, and was seeing really terrible crashes with the new IDE version. I was running Windows 8.1 for this, and the entire system would lock up. The IDE is a Java program, and that type of problem did make me think that Java was at fault here.

I updated to the newest Java library and the problem was resolved. So when in doubt, as any Minecrafter knows, update Java first if you are having problems with a Java based program.
