Noob Friendly: Device does

Hi there,
I bought a Arduboy as a gift for my girlfriend. She really likes Space Invaders and Picovaders on an Arduboy would be great for here.

I used the Quick Start Guide from this Community and followed the instructions step by step. I use an Sony notebook with Ubuntu 17.10. I installed the Arduiono Board and the Leonardo port. I switch the Arduboy on and then I connect the device. When I want to upload a Sketch (no matter if Picovaders or an example) I get ghis message:

Der Sketch verwendet 15334 Bytes (53%) des Programmspeicherplatzes. Das Maximum sind 28672 Bytes.
Globale Variablen verwenden 1461 Bytes (57%) des dynamischen Speichers, 1099 Bytes für lokale
Variablen verbleiben. Das Maximum sind 2560 Bytes.

Can someone give me noobfriendly informations how to solve this problem?

Permission denied accessing the serial port… See if this solves the issue:

sudo usermod -a -G tty yourUserName

sudo usermod -a -G dialout yourUserName

Log off and log on again for the changes to take effect!
